Unique Features

  • Teachers were conditioned to the traditional system and found it difficult to assess co-scholastic aspect of growth. Mr. Ashutosh clearly differentiates both of them (Co-scholastic & scholastic), inculcates into the teachers the benefits of co-scholastic aspect of growth in students and the tools to evaluate it.
  • The continuous assessment is considered to focus more on projects, activities etc. Teachers get exasperated and students grapple with time through out the year to complete the projects. Mr. Ashutosh through his training session, meticulously designed handouts, manuals help the teachers to identify proper projects, activities for continuous assessment of students.
  • Most of the teachers do not have adequate knowledge of writing anecdotal records. Mr. Ashutosh guides the teachers to actually write anecdotal records ‘in verbatim’.
  • Although CCE has been implemented in various school across the country it is not implemented in the way it was meant to be. Mr. Ashutosh with well structured training session eradicates all the ambiguity in an interactive manner.
